SHIPPING POLICY – VERO FORZA

All orders placed on www.veroforza.com will be delivered for free through standard shipping.

SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDERS 

Prepaid orders placed before 9:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

COD Orders are only shipped once confirmed by the buyer over a verification call.

Our customer care executive will call the buyer on the provided number for order confirmation.

Verification call timings are between 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. If the customer does not pick up the call for verification or the customer's number is switched off/unreachable, the order won’t be shipped.

Verification calls will be attempted for two consecutive days. If no response is received from the buyer, the order will be cancelled.

Once shipped, a notification email along with a shipment tracking number (AWB) will be sent to your registered email ID.

 DELIVERY TIME 

Standard delivery time is 4-7 business days depending on the pin code of the shipping address.

In case of remote locations, delivery time may be extended up to 8 business days.

The indicated delivery time is approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Vero Forza's team/staff. For urgent deliveries, hand-carry or hyper-local service providers may be utilized, incurring additional charges borne by the customer.

Our operational hours are from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and Saturdays, following Indian timings.

Pickup and delivery charges for returns and replacement start from ₹ 99/- and may fluctuate based on factors such as weight, urgency, distance, volume, and shipment dimensions. These shipping charges will be applied during checkout along with the total order amount.

If the consignee's premises are inaccessible during an attempted pickup or delivery, or if the customer fails to respond to the service provider's calls, or the delivery personnel is unable to access the address, Vero Forza will make a subsequent delivery attempt on the next business day between 10 am to 7 pm.

To ensure secure and accurate deliveries, we employ an authenticated 'One Time Password - OTP' sent to the customer's Vero Forza app and via SMS. However, the delivery of the OTP SMS is subject to multiple factors, including telecom providers, and Vero Forza cannot be held accountable for any delays or issues related to OTP SMS delivery.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes: 

Once an order is placed, please note that the delivery address cannot be altered. We kindly request you to meticulously select the pickup/delivery address for each order. We cannot be held responsible for orders handed over to addresses inaccessible to our logistics partners, such as gated communities, office addresses, and other restricted locations. We recommend coordinating with the logistics provider to ensure a smooth access process for them to reach your delivery address. For situations requiring repeat shipments due to address accessibility issues, additional charges may be applicable at the discretion of Vero Forza, based on associated costs.

 International Orders: 

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility to settle. We recommend verifying with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can be substantial and are not calculable by us. All international orders will be dispatched through our local logistics partners, and delivery will be subject to the regulations of multiple countries/governments.

 Tracking Your Order: 

Upon dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can directly track your package on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. For shipping-related inquiries, you can also contact us at +91 9820220528 or email us at support@old.veroforza.com.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number (AWB) of the shipment.
